Community solar is an affordable, low-risk way for LREC members to benefit from solar energy without any of the hassles of designing, permitting, installing, maintaining and insuring your own photovoltaic solar array.

The program is voluntary and available to all LREC members interested in using renewable energy.

How to Participate: 

To sign up or learn more, visit http://www.lrec.coop/solar, call (800) 552-7658, or request more info by filling out a simple form or downloading an agreement at http://www.lrec.coop/solar/sign. 1 Half Panel Output (205 watts) will produce 294 kWh/yr and costs $700 up front or just $20/mo for 35 months. 1 Full Panel Output (410 watts) will produce 584 kWh/yr and consts $1,400 up front or just $40/mo for 35 months.
